Evening at the Pumpkin Festival

Late this afternoon the family bundled up and rode the train into Boston to check out the Life is Good Pumpkin Festival in Boston. We've been to it in the past, but had never seen a crowd like the one drawn out to attempt to set a world record for candle-lit pumpkins. We met up with the chef (and the big guy) who has a post with more photos and more information.

Was a bit cold, and extremely crowded so we hung out for awhile, walked around looking at the creative pumpkin carving, marvelled at the sheer volume of 30,000 pumpkins, took some photos, and then headed home.

At one point Jo and Ezra were being incredibly loopy "posing" for photos. I think this photo catches the moment just about right.
